Since we can't hand you a confirmed ingredient list for this product, here's a short guide to reading the one that actually matters: the label on your own bottle.
Look for a boxed panel, usually on the back or side of the bottle, listing "Serving Size," "Servings Per Container," and a table of ingredients with amounts.
Confirm how many capsules count as one serving, since some products require more than one capsule per dose.
Ingredient lists usually include an "Other Ingredients" line below the main table (capsule material, fillers, and so on) in addition to the active ingredients above it. Check both sections.
Ingredients with an established Daily Value (many vitamins and minerals) will show a percentage; botanicals and other novel ingredients often show an asterisk meaning "Daily Value not established."
If you take medication or manage a health condition, bring the label (or a photo of it) to your doctor or pharmacist before starting.
